Abu Dhabi Roles
We are looking for KG, primary, KS3 and KS4 teachers to work in partnership with Abu Dhabi teachers in their classrooms. We also want school leaders to provide school management expertise in each of the CfBT schools and ESL professionals to support the school staff, parents and students in improving their own standard of English as it is introduced as the medium of instruction. Your role will be to advise local staff and support them in raising the standards of educational delivery and student achievement.
Partnership Management Advisers
These positions will focus on driving up the standard of education delivery and academic achievement. You will be assigned to a specific school, where your role will be to support the Principal and management team in all aspects of running the school, co-ordinate CfBT’s activities and lead a school-based team of Partnership Teachers, ESL Trainer and School Liaison Officer.
The Requirements
We are looking for native English-speaking school leaders with recent successful management experience. Experience of working with non-native English-speaking teachers and learners is desirable.

Partnership Teachers
These positions are far closer to consultancy or advisory positions than conventional teaching opportunities. You will be based within one of the CfBT-partnered schools and your role will be to work in partnership with local teachers, to advise and support them in raising the standards of educational delivery and student achievement, with a particular focus on English, mathematics and science. You will do this by sharing your expertise in lesson planning, use of resources, student assessment, curriculum development and the development of a learner-centred pedagogy. At times, you will teach directly, particularly to demonstrate methodologies to local teachers.
The Requirements
We are looking for teachers with particular subject expertise in English, mathematics, science and IT. You need to be a native English speaker with recent successful experience of classroom teaching. Experience of working with non-native English-speaking teachers and learners and behaviour management experience is desirable.

ESL Trainers
You will be based within one of the CfBT-partnered schools and your role will be to support the school staff, parents and students in improving their own standard of English as it is introduced as the medium of instruction for mathematics and science.
The Requirements
We are looking for qualified and experienced ESL professionals with experience of teaching both adults and younger learners, ideally in a school environment.

Behaviour Management Advisers
Using your expertise in developing and implementing behaviour improvement programmes, you will work in partnership with staff and students to embed school policies and practices that will ensure high levels of behaviour and attendance are achieved.
The Requirements
We are looking for skilled classroom managers with experience of developing and implementing school-wide behaviour improvement programmes where attendance and exclusions are a cause for concern. You will need to be a native English speaker. Behaviour Management Adviser roles are in boys’ middle and high schools and are therefore open to men only.

NOTES:
The teaching staff in kindergartens and primary schools in Abu Dhabi are all female, therefore the KG and primary roles are open to women only. Middle school and high school teaching staff are gender specific.
The attached job descriptions are for Primary roles only. However, Middle and High School roles will follow a similar job description and will be available shortly to those who register their interest.
