Teacher Consultants (TCs)
These positions involve being assigned to a local secondary school where you will utilise your degree and impressive command of pedagogy to the full within an innovative language enhancement programme. You will be responsible for strengthening the quality of English teaching in the classroom, supporting the transfer of experience to local teachers and delivering extra-curricular activities to meet the objectives of the Teacher Consultancy Programme. You will be part of a team of up to 30 consultants led by a Project Director and three Lead Teacher Consultants (already appointed).
The Requirements
We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate a wide-ranging knowledge and understanding of English language and EL pedagogies derived from professional experience and development. You will be a native English speaker with a good quality degree and postgraduate qualification in English Language Teaching or Applied Linguistics, you will also have a minimum of 3 years experience at secondary level.
